Siltronic produces wafers in a global value network of the most important semiconductor regions, with five state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and numerous production lines. Based on this international network of production and expertise, our service network of local sales organizations and application engineering labs ensures close contact with our customers in a spirit of partnership. In this way Siltronic has a local presence in the most important semiconductor markets.

The Singapore facility, Siltronic Singapore, functions as a central location for our customers in the Asian markets. The foundations were laid for one of the most modern 200-mm production facilities in the world in early 1998, and the first wafers were supplied to our customers as early as June 1999. Continuous investments and wide-ranging knowledge transfer between all other Siltronic facilities enables the Singapore Plant to satisfy the highest of standards demanded by the market and our customers.
